This album is very personal and I hope it helps you feel better. It is about realizing that despite all you have been through you are still cute even after trauma. The dissociation may never go away, but that does not mean that you have to ever be okay. Like shit is fucking hard and I know this personally. I made this album to celebrate the strength of being a survivor of extreme terror and trauma while also realizing that despite all else you are still alive and for that I am grateful.
